All transactions are handled by "WorldPay": the leading internet payment provider to ensure complete security for your transaction.  

  We accept all major credit cards.
We also accept payment by Cheques/Postal Orders/International Money Orders.

These must be in Sterling and made payable to "Sacred Moon Ltd."

 We also accept cash, please send by registered post.
Minimum Order Value is £10.00 excluding Shipping and V.A.T. Prices shown are Retail and in British Currency. All Prices exclude V.A.T. which will be charged for purchases made from the U.K. and other EC Member States.
 

Conditions of Sale:   At Sacred Moon we have always prided ourselves on our honesty, integrity and attention to customers needs.  Most orders will be sent out within 7 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery. As we are a retail as well as online shop, the majority of goods will be available for immediate dispatch. We will notify you by Email, telephone or mail if there is a delay of more than 7 days.

Prices are correct at the time of publication but we reserve the right to vary them. We will contact you, however, if this is the case before we process your order.
Any duties or taxes payable upon importation into your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
 

Damaged Goods: Do not sign for damaged parcels or sign for them as damaged, then telephone or email us immediately so we may rectify the situation. If any products arrive damaged please let us know within 7 days, we will either send a replacement, or refund your money.

Lost Goods:  Please wait at least ten days before notifying us of non arrival of goods, we will then investigate, and either send a replacement, or refund your money.
 

Guarantee:   Whilst we hope that you will be satisfied with all your purchases, we undertake to refund or exchange items that you are not pleased with. You must return these goods to us at your own expense within these seven days for the guarantee to be valid. We promise to reimburse the original value of the goods within 30 days of cancellation provided the items are returned in original condition.

Please note that our contract of sale conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

      Postage and Packing Charges: Please note £10.00 minimum order. Postage charges are in £5.00 price bands
      UK Customers: postage and packing, is 10% of total.
      European Customers: 15% of total.
      North American customers: 20% of total.
      Rest of the World 25% of total.
      Free postage for orders £100.00 or over.

Privacy Policy:      At Sacred Moon we do not disclose buyers or prospective buyer’s information to third parties.

 We have to ask you for your address, delivery and preferred payment details during the ordering process; however the information will be used for the sole purpose of processing the order and nothing else.

Complaints:     If you have any complaints please contact us using one of the above means. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and undertake to resolve your complaint promptly, keeping you well informed throughout.
